		<description>Dumbbell chest press (flat in and incline if your bench will adjust for incline), dumbbell shoulder press, rows, squats, lunges, calf press, deadlifts, bicep curls, shrugs...  Crunches holding weight...  Buy a pull-up bar and do some pull-ups as well (get biceps and upper-back done with that).

Notice that I included some lower-body stuff.  Don&#039;t just work out the upper body.  You can gain some easy weight by doing lower-body work too.  Plus, as you get bigger, it will help support the increased weight you will be lifting with your upper body.
