An eliptical machine is easier on the joints, imo

It is good for your heart. It brings up your heart rate enough to give it a good work out and keep you hear and circulatory system healthy. I would try one of the machines where you have to do a crunch on them.

A treadmill will tone your legs and thighs, of course, and it will also help accentuate your waistline. I love the exhilaration I get after a good, steady walk.

a treadmill is great for loosing weight. even if u work out only 20 mins a day. for tightening ur somach try to do 50-100 sit ups a day. that really works.

a tred mill is for cardiovascular fitness i don’t know what helps ur tummy but a tredmell is what ur looking for
