Please answer what are some good workout routines with out equipment?

I really want to get ready for track and field and I need good workout routines for at home with no equipment and I don’t have time for the gym. Please help.

Well, for track and field…run?

My nightly workout is a run, variations of sit ups, pull ups, some dumbell stuff, and pushups
