How to get good sized muscular arms without workout equipment?
February 8th, 2010
My brother mentioned doing pull ups.
There are loads of exercises that you can do, ‘weight-free’.
I do push ups in my work out. These are good exercises that you can do without any equipment.
You shouldn’t exercise the same muscles too many times a week. You should make sure that you eat a proper diet so that you can feed those guns to get them big!

Pull ups are good also push ups. another good exercise is a reverse push up. (stand with back to chair, put your hands behind you grab the chair walk your feet out in front of you then bend elbows lowering yourself till your upper arms are parallel then pushing up.) this is great for triceps.
something else you can try is using to 1 gallon milk bottles filled with water to do curls.

You could do push ups against a wall.
Stand 3 feet away from the wall. Place your hands on the wall with fingers pointing toward ceiling, and when you press forward, make sure your elbows point down to the floor.
Then do it with your fingers pointing to each other, and press forward with elbows pointing out to the sides.
These positions are easier on your back, and will strengthen the backs of your legs.
You can use 1 pound cans of vegetables to do curls. Do them laying on your bed with your shoulders all the way to the end of the bed, and your head hanging over the edge.

Push ups work your chest more than your arms. You should probably invest in a few dumbbells to work your biceps, triceps, forearms, shoulders, back etc. You probably need to work your entire upper body. What good are big muscular arms when you have a flat, skinny chest? You’ll look uneven. Muscles work together so you shouldn’t just focus on your arms and ignore everything else. Check out bodybuilding.com. They have some good articles about building muscle. If you really don’t want any equipment, consider joining a gym.
