Grip Training for Weightlifting at Home

If when working out your hands give up holding the dumbbells before you finished training the muscle you targeted, you need to do something about your grip.

Here is how to train your grip strength and endurance at home without having to buy “squeezers” or any other fitness gadgets. All you need beside your regular workout equipment is just a towel and a couple of rubber bands.

    I think I understand you :)

But as I said in the video, do the grip training at the end of your workout week, so that it won’t take away from your regular workouts. You could do both simultaneously, but in my opinion that is not ideal.

Great video! You know if you wear steel tip boots you dont have to worry about grip strength, you just let the weights fall on your shielded toes :)

the thing that concerns me is that i cant do it when i do a grip strength workout because as they are pushups, they will train my triceups and chest too,any other alternative?maybe i should not do a fist pushup but just stand on my fists like i was going to do fist pushups?(but not do the motion, just stand there) i hope you can understand what i mean :)

Heah Cannibalizer, I’d say fist push-ups do make it stronger a bit, but others (on fingertips etc.) may be better, although I’d only try those when you got some basic grip strength training down.
