		<description>Some of the best cardio workouts that you can do require no equipment at all...just a good pair of shoes.  Walking and running can help you lose weight, increase strength &amp; endurance, and make you more flexible...and healthy.  If you&#039;d rather walk / run inside...try a treadmill.  I prefer running outside, but it is nice to run indoors when the weather isn&#039;t cooperating.  Hope that helped.  See links below for more guidance.
