Develops muscular strength? Muscular endurance? Flexibility? Control fatness?

Cycling promotes cardiovascular fitness and develops muscular strength and endurance. As for flexibility, I’d suggest a tae-bo class. That would promote all of that as well. Any kind of exercise will help control weight.

Some of the best cardio workouts that you can do require no equipment at all…just a good pair of shoes. Walking and running can help you lose weight, increase strength & endurance, and make you more flexible…and healthy. If you’d rather walk / run inside…try a treadmill. I prefer running outside, but it is nice to run indoors when the weather isn’t cooperating. Hope that helped. See links below for more guidance.
