		<description>Yes, the eliptical is a good machine to use, if you use it properly. If you increase the incline and increase the resistance, you&#039;ll find yourself with an awesome work out. But as a word of caution I would  alternate days. 

MWF Use the eliptical and on TU/TU do some strength training. If you want to bulk up I suggest higher weights with lower repetitions. If you want lean strong muscles I suggest high repetitions with lower amounts of weights. 

The rotary twist equipment will work your side oblique muscles. Those are the muscles that run down towards the outside of your belly. If you use the rotary twisting equipment, you&#039;ll feel which ones those are. When using machines like these, ensure that you do them properly so as not to cause a strain. Make sure you do each repetition in a slow and controlled motion.
