		<description>&lt;b&gt;I have always ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I have always revolved reps week to week, to keep the body confused and attack different types of muscle fiber.  I varied reps from 3-4 one week, 6-8, and finally 10-12.  

3-4 reps week was  90% of max lift
6-8 was 80% of max lift
and 10 -12 was 70% of max lift

This seemed to keep the body growing, but form is a must, or you will injure yourself. Rest is a must also, you have to get enough sleep to heal. 

Eventually you need to mix things up or you will plateau  quit gaining.</description>
