		<description>&lt;b&gt;I&#039;ve had pretty ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I&#039;ve had pretty good luck with this. I&#039;ll just use some 10lbs plates...it helps loosen you up definitely. I noticed no strength decreases, but I do feel a little more fresh on my next set.

Kind of like walking to the fountain or some light stretches between squats.</description>

If there is no lactic acid produced before the reverse fly what&#039;s the point of it before a bench press - and creating lactic acid? What is this moving lactic acid concept? Although you&#039;re using an opposing muscle group to perform the reverse fly, you&#039;re still using energy/strength. I love supersets but the strength gains here are coincidental, rather than an &#039;instant&#039; fixes that doesn&#039;t work. No disrespect  but I just can&#039;t see it in this.</description>
