Here is a chest workout routine that will build a bigger and stronger chest, with no equipment needed, This routine can be done literally anywhere with a floor. It will work all parts of your pectorals. Make sure for every rep to use perfect form and to contract your chest with every movement. If your a beginner cut the reps in half and work your way up. Go 3-4 sets of this. In a matter of weeks you will notice a bigger chest without ever needing to pick up a weight.

This advanced exercise combines the cardiovascular challenge of tuck jumps, with the power and strength of a squat. You’ll burn a ton of calories while you shape and tone your lower body!
How To:
Stand with your feet hip width apart. Bend your knees to lower your hips down and back as if you were going to sit in a chair, keeping your upper body straight. As you push up out of the squat, lift one knee up and do a front kick by extending your leg up and out. Alternate and repeat.

In this video I will give you some information about what equipments you need or what are useful. Here is some extra side information.
First of all, the prices that I gave in this video are just indications. In some countries the prices might be higher or lower. There might also be countries that can not buy the equipments that are in this video.
I am also not trying to get people to buy their own gym. If you want, you can also go to a local gym where they often have a lot more variety of equipment as well as people around there to help you out.
Working out at home can be safe, but make sure you work out in a safe environment. No sharp objects around you, in a place not to warm, not to cold and without things that can disturb you.
