1. Barbell set — cost about £80, Great for home use, Not very portable for travelling personal trainer, excellent for compound movements and all the different movement patterns
2. Kettlebells — range from 4-40kg and prices range from £15-£200 pounds, Great for home use, and portable for travelling personal trainer depending on weight, great for all body movements but guidents is needed for beginners as movements are tough to master.
3. Medicine ball — range from 1-10kg and with prices from £6-£60, very portable and offer an excellent way of training for sports, strength power and endurance development, this style of medicine ball does come with its drawbacks as pulling movements are limited
4. Gymboss interval timer — great for motivation, intervals, circuits, dills, tabatas £15
5. Cones — very portable, lightweight and easy to use and by far the cheapest, speed agility and endurance, dills challenges, partner games etc… cost £5
