I have been focusing on cardio interval training. I spend 10-15 minutes on cardio equipment, like stairmaster, stationary bike, eliptical, treadmill, ect.. then after, I work on toning, which includes weight training, stretching, floor exercises, and ect.. I am also trying to work on a basic tan so I am not so pasty. I have been cooking so much as well. For breakfast I eat egg whites, sausage and veggies, I snack on almonds and for dinner I prepare fish or meat and pait ir with pan seared veggies and a salad.thanks for watching. comment!<script type="text/javascript"><!--

<p>Do the following exercises 24 times each one after another:<br />
1. 24 Squats</p>
<p>2. 24 Lunges &#8211; Step forward with one foot. Do 12 on each leg. </p>
<p>3. 24 Frog Hops &#8211; Squat down until you touch the ground with your hands. Jump up while reaching up.</p>
<p>4. 24 Jumping Lunges &#8211; Do a lunge and alternate feet while jumping in the air.</p>
<p>5. 24 Touch Hops &#8211; Touch the ground while standing on one leg slightly bent with your other leg staying in the air. Then hop a small hop forward and backward and repeat.<br />
Do 12 on each leg.</p>
<p>6. Side Squats &#8211; Squat down to 90 degrees and only come up halfway while stepping to the other side and squatting down to 90 degrees again.</p>

<p>Do 24 of each exercise one after another without stopping. </p>
<p>Over the Tops &#8211; go over the table sideways and touch the ground, that is one rep.  Go back over and touch the ground on the other side, that is 2 reps total.  Keep going until you have done 24 reps.</p>
<p>Lunges on the Bench- put right foot on the bench while you pull your left knee up.  Then you step back down with the your left leg and step all the way back with your right foot  going in to a lunge position.  After 24, switch to your other leg. Do not let your knee come over your toe while in the lunge position. Do 24 reps on each leg.</p>
<p>Toe Taps on the Bench &#8211;  touch one foot to the top of the bench and then quickly switch to the other foot touching it to the top of the bench. Do 24 reps on each foot.</p>
<p>Bench Walks &#8211; put your feet on the bench and keeping your abs tight, stay in a push-up position keeping your back straight while you walk your hands and feet up and down the bench.  Do 24 reps of this exercise. Moving both hands and both feet is 1 rep.</p>
<p>Run-Ups &#8211; run up and down the bench using the same foot for 24 reps and then switching to the other foot for 24 reps. Remember to do this as quickly as you can safely.</p>
<p>Explosive Push-Ups &#8211; Keeping your back completely straight, do a push-up on the bench and then explode up having your hands leave the bench. Do 24 reps.  If you can not do this safely while keeping your back straight, then do 24 normal push-ups as fast as you can.</p>

<p>In this video, I show a great home cardio workout that I&#8217;ve been doing lately. This workout is great for losing fat and building a ripped beach body. It&#8217;s many times more effective than long, slow cardio workouts like treadmill jogging &#8212; and it only takes three minutes! It&#8217;s definitely one of the best cardio workouts at home that I know of.</p>
<p>Best of all, this home cardio workout can be done with NO EQUIPMENT, and no gym membership needed. It&#8217;s extremely simple &#8212; you just have to learn three basic bodyweight exercises to do it.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s how to do this home cardio workout:</p>
<p>Squat thrust &#8212; 10 reps<br />
Mountain Climber &#8212; 10 reps (counting 1-2-3-ONE-1-2-3-TWO)<br />
Squat Jump &#8212; 10 reps</p>
<p>Repeat these exercises until you have done 100 reps total. You will end up doing 40 squat thrusts, 30 mountain climbers, and 30 squat jumps total.</p>
<p>Credit for inventing this home cardio workout goes to DAVE GINSBERG, Dan&#8217;s jiu-jitsu coach in Boston. If you&#8217;re in the Boston area Dave is a top notch Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, and highly recommended for martial arts instruction. He&#8217;s also a great personal trainer and has many more great workouts like this which are very effective, and can be done with minimal equipment.</p>
