		<description>Yeah...you can do a lot...without equipment...you can use your own body to resist and tone.  It will be harder though if you are trying to build mass.  Use 1 arm and push it down on another to resist.  If you are trying to tone, then you will want to do reps followed by breaks, and more reps.  If you are trying to just become stronger, then doing more may help.  But there is no avoiding some good equipment if you want a full workout.  Anything with weight can be used for strength training.

Working out is half the struggle for gaining strength, you will also need to get more protein.  Get some protein into you after an intense routine.
