No you don’t… you never want to lock anything. It’s very bad on the joints.. Do you lock out your knees on a squat, elbows on a bench press? Um.. no.. it’s bad

I love these “experts”-the guy has no size, speaks as though he’s an authority and gives advice that i find very questionable while framing it as carved in stone LOL
Dip machine is a great exercise, so are bench dips-not the same though each is good.
