    LOL! Great to hear that my friend; no pain, no gain, I knew that would work for you , you may add some weight each couple of weeks, please keep in mind that it is good to change the order of exercises to avoid your muscles from getting used to a determinate routine.

    I hate my calves I cant do more than a few reps they just literally f……g give up IGIVE UP!!!! Arggggggghhhhhhhhhh .. HELP.I went on the calf machine at the gym with 3×20kg did 3 sets of 10 reps then i couldn’t walk to the next machine so embarrassing pls help. do i need less weight?/

    yes luisRRR69, calves are really stubborn and you must hammer them till death every time you work them out, their fibers are so hard to break that you must fill them with blood till the point of feeling flames in there, don´t give up buddy, you will see results promptly if you are faithful to the routine. Remember that you must have full control over the weight you are using, that way you will be able to finish the complete routine. Good luck!!!

    luisRRR69, don´t worry, it is really hard to make them grow; however, here is something that will work:
    A superset of 4 exercises in a row
    Calf raises with weight (15 reps) + leg press calf raises (15 reps) + seated calf raises (15 reps) + calf raises without weight (till muscular failure). Take 2 min rest and start the superset again 3 more times. Do it twice a week and you will see , you may vary the order of exercises but the last one must be done without weight till muscular failure.

    Too bad all gyms here in Roosendaal (Netherlands) don’t have sitting calf raise machines. Just gotta sit down, lay a hard pillow+barbell+weight on my quads and do sitting calf raises…
