		<description>not alot of difference except you get heavier weights in gym, a gym instructor, music and possibly nice women. I find the gym allows me to do the 3 compound strength exercises...chin-ups. bench press..and squats...then do the important cardio vascular exercises like cycling or cross Trainer...is great if you out of sports or recovering from injury or just for strength and stamina...I recommend it but not everyone feels comfortable in this type of environment, depends how self conscious you are.
N.B if you do the 3 compound exercises i mentioned you dont need to do sit-ups...they bad for your back&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
