What kind of results can I get with no weights or gym equipment?

I don’t have access to a gym right now so will only be doing push-ups, pull-ups, dips, sit-ups and jogging. Anybody ever work out over a long period of time with no weights or gym equipment etc and if so what kind of results did you get? Also, if you know of any pictures online of before and after from people that have done this that would be helpful too.

There is also a good book called "The Weightless Workout" that tells how to use things around the house like tables and chairs to help you do exercises.
