I’d like to start working out, and I noticed that I need some minor toning in my arms and legs. How can I work those muscles with no gym equipment and no money for a gym membership? Any advice would help. Thanks!

In this day & age, everyone thinks they gotta join a gym! What about some old school pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups?

    for your legs…
    i swear by lunges!
i hate them, but i love them.

    for your abs…
6 inches – lay flat on the floor and lift your legs 6 inches off the ground for 60 seconds. go longer if you can. don’t put your hands under your butt

russian twists – this is a good oblique exercise. sit on your butt and lift your legs up with your knees bent and twist your hands from side to side.
