<br />Push-ups and Sit-ups are still the best way to go for equipment-less workouts, and that goes for both men and women. It would also be an advantage if you can spend a few minutes each day to do simple yoga exercises, they really do work.</p>
<p>But of course, results will not be as remarkable in just a few weeks, so you need to be patient and do your workouts continuously and diligently. And never forget to do those stretches before every workout to avoid damaging your muscles. </p>

<p>all you need is a good exercise mat for the floor, so as to protect your spine from all the floor exercises you should be doing, with your own body weight!</p>
<p>abs ripper x, from the P90X system is pretty hardcore, and all floor exercises.</p>
<p>in and outs X 25<br />
bicycles X 25 per leg<br />
crunchy frog X25<br />
cross leg/wide leg sit ups X25<br />
fifer scissors X25<br />
hip rock and raise X25<br />
pulse ups X25<br />
v up/roll ups X25**<br />
oblique crunches X25<br />
leg climbs X25<br />
mason twists X50</p>
<p>**this is hard, if you struggle with it move it closer to the beginning of the workout!</p>
<p>Also the 100&#8217;s position is a great core toner, sit on the floor and lean back slightly raising your legs about 5-12 inches off the floor. Extend each arm out in front of you to balance. Pulse your arms up and down gently (a pulse should be around two seconds), count each pulse, do 100! you should feel the burn at around 50 onward, when you get to 100 rest! </p>
<p>Alternating planks twists, get in to the plank position and hold for 15 seconds, for 15 seconds each, first lift your left arm, then your right, then your left leg, then the right leg&#8230; then both the left arm and right leg, then the right arm and left leg. Do as many circuits of this as you can, all the time clenching your abs muscles to help build a strong core!</p>
<p>and those are FREE!</p>
<p>If you have money left over buy a decent Olympic style weights bench and barbell!</p>

<br />you can run, ride a bike, jump rope, jumping jacks, sit ups, push ups, stairs, 6 inches, V ups, squats, squat jumps, weight lifting, but not too much, etc.</p>
<p>50 crunches center<br />
10 push ups regular<br />
50 crunches right<br />
10 push ups hands under chest<br />
50 crunches left<br />
10 push ups hands inward<br />
50 crunches knees at a 90 angle<br />

<br />yep there called leg stretchers. they do help but in my opinion its better to stretch without one because you learn more balance and co-ordination without the use of mechanical devices.</p>
<p>there are loads of different shapes and sizes, just search google products and you&#8217;ll get loads, but heres one</p>
