			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m 19 yrs old I want to add this to my routine, I mostly run, but how do I add strength training to it? With and without gym equipment<br />
<br />tabota (im not sure if that is spelt right) workouts are great for strength training and don&#8217;t take very long to do. Depending on what part of your body you want to strengthen, you can look up different type of tabota workouts. They typically don&#8217;t require gym equipment, depending on what you do, and consist of short workout things like lunges, done for a few reps, and done in a few cycles of all the workouts.</p>
<p>Also good for strength if you are running is to run on stairs or some sort of incline. that is the best strength training you can do for your legs.</p>
