Training tips without a fitness center?

I’m looking for a way to gain weight, increase body size and stamina, etc, all the 9 yards. My only limitation is, that I don’t have money to go to a fitness center, nor right now to buy equipment.

So far my training is composed of:
100 sloppy situps (who knows how many of them actually count)
A 5-7km jog (I have no idea how long I’m doing it for, but I do jog for about 40 minutes or so in a row)
and a further 50 sloppy situps.

This is more of a goal to get better stamina and future abs, and it’s slowly working, at least the stamina is. What can I do to increase bicep size, or more specifically be physically stronger in general? Should I just stick to pushups, or is there more I can do without weights? Also, will my jogging and sloppy situps get me anywhere or should I do more things?

Thanks for any tips you can provide. :)

dont worry too much about situps, try to get a pull up bar or find one that you can run to during your cardio.

do some pull ups and leg lifts for your biceps and abs.

pushups mostly help your pecs, so dont worry too much about those either.

gyms are just a scheme anyway.

save the money to buy new clothes when you get ripped up.

What are the newer or up-and-coming gym/fitness equipment companies that would be open to a product idea?

I have designed a cable and selectorized weight strength training machine for the muscles of the forearms. You won’t find a forearm machine in most gyms and have to either use free weights (awkward) or that handle with the weighted cord where you roll up the cord on the handle. The companies I’ve approached have rejected my idea solely on economical grounds, stating most gyms have limited floorspace and would only want to fill that space with "popular" machines or ones for "standard" muscles. Interestingly, none had anything negative to say about the design. I designed this machine because I want to work out my forearms at the gym safely and effectively and think others would benefit such a machine.

Nautilus (or whoever they are owned by now) used to do a lot of very unusual machines for rehabilitation and this might go along with those product lines.
