What’s your favorite piece of exercise equipment?

I’m looking for a good piece of exercise equipment to tone the mid-lower body. The areas I want to work on are the stomach, butt, hips, and thighs.

Just curious as to what would be good for this and what your favorite type of equipment is and why.

Thanks

Eliptical all the way. I would have a different opinion for a man. A man really should go for a bowflex…which is also great for women(dont get the knock off) It must be a bowflex.Oh and if you get an eliptical get the one w/ handles that take your bpm and an adjustable incline. I love mine, I am now able to burn about 280 cals in a half-hour-and still getting better.

What are the best exercise for toning the upper part of my body without using exercise equipment?

March 8th, 2010

I’ve always had a problem with the upper half of my body. I’ve been on a diet to lose weight, be toned, and healthier. I watch what I eat and how much I take in. I’ve been drinking only water and I jog 45 minutes a day 5 days out of the week. I’m looking to tone the upper part of my body, but I don’t like using exercise equipment. I need exercises that can tone my arms, stomach, my chest, and especially my back (because I do have back problems). Is there anyone that can suggest any exercises that can tone those areas without using exercise equipment?

Yoga is the way to go! It will transform your body shape radically, and you’ll be "stronger", it’s recommended for anyone who want to get in shape and get rid of back pains.

I have a great free yoga e-course for you:

i’m looking to lose a little weight, but due to the recession and low funds i don’t have a gym membership or any exercise equipment. does anyone know of a successful exercise routine i can do in my house?

Sure, you can do jumping jacks, running in place, jumping rope, push-ups, sit ups with a ball about the size of a soccer ball behind your back so you can extend backwards…

Is there a way for me to tone my arms without adding bulk, with no exercise equipment?

My arms aren’t really fat but they’re just kind of lumpy looking and even when I flex they’re still lumpy. Is there anything I can do at home with no exercise equipment that will tone them up without adding bulk? I’m away for the summer and don’t have access to my gym and I left my weights at home.

Yes, there is.

Just strength train your arms by using weights (or dumbbells). if you don’t have the weights (or dumbbells), just improvise a bit – use thick books or water bottles or simply your body weight.

I’ve done this arm workout and it really helps me to firm, sculpt and build beautiful lean muscle mass into my arms, giving them sleeker forms and shapes. I just workout the arms 3-4 times per week for 10 mins per session.

I can tell you; I see the difference. My arms firm up and become less flabby and lumpy.

Here’s my arm workout: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/arm-workouts.html

Hey! throw in 30 mins of cardio exercise (running, walking, swimming, biking…..) to burn off the excess fat from your entire body (includes fat in your arms too….), to lose the fat and weight.

You’ll see more beautiful arms.

what is the best breast enlargement exercise equipment out there?

March 2nd, 2010

Posted by admin in exercise equipment | 2 Comments »

I am looking for some exercise equipment that is designed to build the pectoral muscles in a way that the breast appear to be bigger and firmer
I mean female looking breast not rock hard chest
I am asking about exercise equipment that is desinined to target the pector eal mucsles in such a maner that they grow out word pushing the breast out and closer to gether not a diet plan or rock hard chest

The thing that you use that makes you move your arms together… you are sitting up and your hands are grabbing on to the handle things and you push your arms together at the forearm. If that makes sense…. Thats what I was always told. :)

Where can you find a place to buy Exercise Equipment?

February 28th, 2010

where in san antonio can you buy exercise equipment at a great price? I know the usual department stores and Academy but is there anything else out there? isnt there a Dick’s sporting Goods somewhere in town?

There is an excellent place on Broadway run by one of the former SA spurs. I don’t know the name, but it’s close to 410 just south within 2 miles. I want to say before Sunset and on your right from 410.
