Your feet in a pair of trainers running outside, dancing and swimming pools are the best.
People use those machines every week and wonder why they don&#039;t lose any weight - it&#039;s because you need to burn more calories than you eat. But running, walking, swimming and dancing/aerobic exercise are the winners.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;I am slim.
