what’s a good cardio exercise that I can do at home without equipment?

I don’t really have any equipment for cardio, and dont really want to get any, is there any at home thing I can do besides running without equipment? are jumping jacks any good?

its simple,easy,cheap,and its better then running.

    Pretty much anything that gets your heart going could be considered cardio (I think!) So, calisthenics works.

    I just got done doing jack knives… it is a great and easy excersice for about anything you need help on with your body. If you dont know how to do a jack knive…you first lay on you back, then with you legs straight on the floor and your hands laying above your head on the floor, then you lift your legs up while you lift your arms up and make your arms touch your knees and that is one jack knive…. i hope i helped a bit :)

    One thing you can do is pretend to shoot hoops.

    Seriously, it works. Squat down like you’re going to shoot a basketball into the hoop, and then jump up. Even shoot the imaginary basketball if you want! A few of these in a row will get your heart going, no problem. And you’ll never miss a basket!

    ok theres this website called spark.com and there’s a coach on there called coach nicole and all she simply does is darw a line on the floor and jumps from either side to the other side
    slowly and then faster- can be single footed, double footed
    higher jups or slower jumps.
    ive seen her vids on youtube also
