whats your present health like ?  Been a couch potato for 30 years ??  Then a short 10 minute walk on the treadmill will be OK

As long as its fun --do it ! Experiment with different machines and on nice days ,  get outside .

Why do it ??

hows your blood   pressure ?? weight ?? Skin  condition??  Frame of mind ,  generally ??--

When I&#039;m forced indoors (YMCA in my case) by bad weather, a typical workout would go something like this:  2 mile swim, 30 minutes stationary bike, 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes indoor track, one circuit of all the weight machines.
