Losing weight without exercise equipment?

I’m 19, 6 ft tall, and weigh 300+. As you probably already figured out I need to lose weight. I need advice on how to do this without a bunch of exercise equipment because I can’t afford to get those things. I have no weights what-so-ever and only land to run on. I need suggestions for diets and exercise plans that I can do with everyday household objects and nature. Any help is appreciated.

Eat maintenance for days when you exercise, and fat loss (not extreme fat loss since too low amount of calories will stop weight loss) for days when you don’t exercise. Get 30-45 min of exercise a day 5 days a week, 2 days rest. Eat healthy 5-6 days a week and the remaining days eat junk if you have to but still make sure you stay within calorie limits of maintenance. Also drink a lot of water. If you exercise, do something that burns lots of calories like cardio, which includes running, jogging, biking, sports, swimming, elliptical, etc. If you can try for a gym membership.
Losing weight generally don’t need equipment, since it’s just cardio. If you want to gain weight and muscle however, then you’ll need weights.
