Click Here http://bit.ly/TheHumanTrainer for more info about “The Human Trainer”

The “Human Trainer” Is an elite total body suspension gym that you can use in at home. With the The “Human Trainer” you can do hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.

I like The “Human Trainer” WAY better that other suspension gyms like “TRX” because The “Human Trainer” has TWO Dual-anchor suspension straps!!! Two suspension straps nearly eliminate the rubbing on your arms and neck which you get from using a single-anchor, suspension gym like TRX. The Dual-anchor suspension straps also allow you to preform more exercises like “DIPS” that are totally impossible with a single-anchor, suspension gym.

Another advantage that “Human Trainer” has over a single-anchor suspension gym like TRX, the fact that YOU CAN USE IT ON A PULL-UP BAR! The main reason that I never bought TRX was because you HAVE to drill anchors into your wall to use it! Thats fine for your home (you can use anchors for the “Human Trainer” too) but what a bout when your on vacation? Now I can bring “Human Trainer” to any hotel and no matter how the gym is, as long as they have a pull up bar, I can use the “Human Trainer” to get a great workout! This is also great for people that cant (or don’t want to) drill anything into your wall that will be permanent, now you can just attach the “Human Trainer” to your “Iorn Gym” style pull up bar and take it all down when your done!

What exercises can I do to build muscle without equipment/gym.?

March 29th, 2011

Posted by admin in equipment gym | 3 Comments »

I can’t afford gym memberships or equipment. I want to get between toned and ripped. Right now i am kind of tone by not there yet…….What should i do to get to my goal?

Well I suggest you do body weight exercises such as pushups, pullups, chinups, dips and pistol squats. These exercises are the most effective in gaining muscle mass since they recruit the most muscle groups resulting in a greater release of muscle building hormones.

Keep the repetitions between 8-12 and sets between 2-4 for muscular hypertrophy. If the exercises mentioned above are too easy to execute then I suggest you increase the resistance by using either one leg, or elevating your legs on a surface or using a bag to weigh you down.

I also found some great advice from http://www.healthandfitness.johngrahambaines.com The website covers topics such as how much to eat, a meal plan, how much rest you need, other interesting exercises and a lot more helpful tips on building muscle.

What’s the best gym equipment to use to lose weight?

March 27th, 2011

Posted by admin in equipment gym | 5 Comments »

I’m aiming to lose weight at the gym but am being careful not to gain too much muscle. My body type is a bit bulky i’m not fat but I want to slim down.

What are the best bits of gym equipment to use to lose weight without gaining muscle? Also how long shall I go on for, i’ve been told that walking then running then walking then running etc is the best way on a treadmill, is that correct?

Any help would be great, thanks :)

You could do the treadmill. It gets boring. The elliptical machine is less hard on the knees, and will get the blood moving. If in doubt, pick the brains of a trainer.

Good cheap work out equipment? please read?

I’m going to start off by saying i’m canadian! and we don’t yet have target and all you AMERICAN STORES AND SITES, kay?
haha now back to the question.
i’m 14, don’t have alot of money. but alot of motivation. and need to work out.
what are the best cheap equipment you have? where’d you get it?
now im not talking about them tredmills. cause i can’t afford that. but i am talking about jumping ropes. elastic band things. yoga balls. ect, i don’t wanna spend 40 $ on each item though either. so what should i get?
also is there any books out there that really changed you. a teen girls thoughts on food. maybe you think twice the next time you were about to eat junk food? if so. what was it!?! i would love to know cause i need help with the "pull back" on junk food.

thanks
love ya’ll
<3

you don’t need "equipment" to work out, in fact body weight exercises are more effective. try these
1. jumping squats (toes pointed forward, touch the floor on the outside of your feet, then jump, put your hands in the air and bring your knees to your chest. i guaranty that after 30 you’ll be winded)
2. push-ups (keeping your elbows in and back straight)
3. running (focusing on time, not distance)
do 3 sets of 15 on the jumps and push-ups and 20 min of running (walking 1 min out of every 5)
as for a diet i would recommend eating for life. hope that helps
