what are some cardio and strength training workouts i can do in my home with no equipment i am trying to lose 40lbs within in as fast of a time frame as i can
As for cardio, just do anything that can get you to sweat (jump rope, running, or even dancing) and for strength, you can do 2 sets of 20 push-ups, 50 squats, 50 calf raises, and 2 sets of 50 crunches. i know they sound pretty basic, but if you do them enough, they’ll get easier and you’ll see results (if that’s too easy, just increase the numbers)
Today’s troops carry a wide assortment of equipment, armor and clothing can really weigh on a soldier.
